the location was excellent and marvelous, not far from the metro station and central bus station. I was upgraded to a fantastic triple room with a useful fridge. 3. Liked having the balcony to enjoy the city view. 4. Everyone was great and amicable.

I had brand-new neat room with a fridge, air conditioner, and a cable TV. Bed was very comfy.

We loved the hotel, it was nice and perfectly fine and had unbeatable location right by central Sofia and places like the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, central bus station, and metro, bus & rail stations. Would be happy to recommend it as we had a really lovely experience here...

The hotel was located close to the central bus station and train station. It was a nice size with a private bathroom. - the amicable staff did a great job. - the location to all major transport links was perfect and excellent for us. - the Centrum district was worth staying in. - We liked the breakfast.

I stayed at Guest Rooms Kom for its convenient location near the Central Bus Station. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a TV with English channels. The friendly receptionist, although not fluent in English, was pleasant. Additionally, the hotel is right next to a casino for those interested in some entertainment.

Smelly and dark staircase.

The room I stayed in at Guest Rooms Kom was fantastic! It had a balcony with amazing views of the city, which made me feel like I was on top of the world. The room was air-conditioned and had cable TV and a private bathroom, which made me feel like I was in a cozy little home away from home. I loved the fact that most rooms came with a refrigerator, so I could keep my drinks and snacks cool during my stay. the room was a perfect retreat for a weary traveler like me.

The only thing I didn't like was that some rooms had shared bathroom facilities. Personally, I prefer having a private bathroom, but I understand that others may not mind sharing.
